I tried cottage cheese in mine for the first time yesterday (I just got my Ninja a few days ago) and was very surprised as well that cottage cheese, once blended with other ingredients, doesn't taste anything like cottage cheese (which I happen to like anyway). It was a vanilla recipe of my own creation and it was good, might add more sweetener to it next time though.

Thank you for the video, but especially for the HINT REGARDING THE COOKING OIL! It would not go on no matter how hard I tried because it wouldn't fit behind the four wires holding the seal wire. When I coated it with cooking oil it just flew on in seconds with almost no effort.

Could you blend strawberries in the milk before freezing and then process after freezing, as opposed to using strawberries as a mix in?
